If you’ve lost your phone or changed your phone number, you can update the number where SMS two-step authentication verification codes are sent.

Unable to access the old phone number?

• Use a backup code to disable and re-enable two-step authentication.
• Remove two-step authentication from your account.
• Attempt to log in to the Dashboard. On the We sent a text to your phone panel where you'd enter the SMS verification code, select Sign in another way and follow the prompts.

Still have access to the old phone number?

• Open the Personal details page on the Stripe Dashboard.
• Under the Two-step authentication section, click the "..." icon next to your current phone number.
• Select Update.
• Follow the prompt to update your phone number.
